We asked Tim Day to act as our agent in the sale of our cottage in Pettistree, which was successfully sold in March 2021. From our initial meeting with Tim the whole process was handled with care and sensitivity and we feel we made a wise choice. Two words that spring to mind when reflecting on how Tim works are communication and enthusiasm. Tim was always available when necessary, dealing with queries quickly and accurately. Technical queries were promptly addressed and buyers’ questions were clearly answered. The quality of information produced by Suffolk Coastal was highly professional and attracted a steady stream of prospective buyers, all of whom were accompanied to the cottage. The timing of visits from prospective buyers was skilfully handled and we felt that both vendors and buyers were given excellent support throughout what can be a very challenging process.

Applied the appropriate pressure and the right time to shift the log jams that occur during the conveyancing process. Supplied us with useful additional information and contact for contractors etc we needed around the move date.
