A wonderful family house located in one of Aldeburgh’s most desired private roads. The Stables occupies a superb elevated position on Crescent Road and comprises a three-bedroom main house, and a one-bedroom studio annexe (with separate entrance), and further benefits from parking for two cars. Originally, a Victorian stable, the property has been extended over the years and features particularly well-configured accommodation over two floors. Generous in entertaining space, The Stables lends itself perfectly as a principal residence with the advantage of a sizeable work from home office/study, and with the lucrative income that can be produced from ‘The Stables Studio’ annexe, an established holiday letting unit.
